Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the phdteam platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, names, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phdteam employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. phdteam is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Your registered name must match the name on your government-issued identification document and on the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdteam login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phdteam will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phdteam immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

You agree to cooperate fully with the KYC process, which may include submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.2 Deposit Terms
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. 5.3 Withdrawal Terms

phdteam may share your personal data with PAGCOR and other Philippine regulatory authorities as required by law, and with third-party service providers engaged to support platform operations, subject to appropriate data processing agreements.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phdteam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
phdteam's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phdteam account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phdteam does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You access and use the platform at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phdteam's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
phdteam reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon termination of your account for cause, phdteam reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals, subject to applicable regulatory requirements. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may close your phdteam account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Your continued use of the phdteam platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
